Meet the Artist

We are a reflection of our environment. Our inner world oftentimes seems to bleed into our outer world, showing us parts of ourselves we wouldn’t otherwise see. The slow bloom of a flower is like the slow bloom of the person you are becoming. You are not isolated from the world you move through, you are creating waves with every step.

Move with intention, reflect often.

Keila Elisabeth is an artist based in Jacksonville, Florida. Her work is inspired by her fascination with the concept of the human body as a vessel. Our bodies carry all of our history, from this lifetime and lifetimes before it. We are not our body, yet we find comfort, home, and identity within it. She investigates the relationship between our spiritual and physical selves in her artwork and journal practice.

Keila earned her BFA from the University of North Florida in 2025 and has since gone on to exhibit locally, teach workshops, and engage in community-building events. View her full CV below:
